    I have 2996 points and want to redeem my point for 100 robux but it won't let me when I press confirm reward it does nothing it just brings me back to the same page and tells me to do it again please fix the problem.

    We are aware of your desire to redeem your Microsoft Rewards points for 100 robux, however when you try to do so, you are taken back to the same page where it is instructed to repeat the process. Let me help you on this.

    1. Go to Reward yourself, make a difference with Microsoft Rewards and sign in with your Microsoft account.

    2. Select Redeem. Look for desired redeemable points or offerings.

    3. Select Redeem rewards.

    If you still having issues with Microsoft rewards, I would recommend reaching our Microsoft rewards team for further assistance. You may reach them at Rewards Support (bing.com).

    When you redeem the points for the gift card, it automatically adds the money to your Microsoft account...there's no card or anything as such. Basically, you have to spend the money within 90 days from the day you redeem it on the rewards site (that is my understanding of it anyway),

    My advice: Leave the points in your Rewards account until you actually want to buy something then redeem.

    Are you looking via the web browser or via the Micorsoft Rewards app? They did disappear for me once, that was around 6 months ago but they were back within a short period of time.
