    I got a $25 xbox gift card off of fetch rewards and the code they gave me was only 20 digits long. So I either need a new one or some how I redeem it.

    MS use 25 character codes, so it's possible that the code needs to be redeemed on a third party site. I'm not familiar with Fetch, but do they have their own app with a "redeem code" option?

    As the code is not being issued by MS, Xbox support wouldn't be able to help you, so if you can't figure it out, you'd need to contact Fetch's customer service.

    The gift card that you have has only 10 digits code on the back?

    Xbox gift cards and redeemable Microsoft codes always have a 25 digits code and are redeemable here:
