How to redeem 15,000 rewards points promotion?

I purchased the Assassin's Creed Ezio Collection for Xbox One in response to a promotional email I received two weeks ago. I purchased the game through the Microsoft online store and received the promised movie ticket voucher, but have not seen the 15,000
points added to my Rewards balance, and there was no mention of them in the game packaging or inserts. How do I access/redeem them? I can provide order details if needed.

any local sales tax that may be charged.

The amount of points needed will vary depending on if there are any redemption specials going on at the time you want to redeem your points.

Missing 45,000 points!

I recently preordered Gears of War 4 to recieve 15,000 points. Then Skyrim for 15,000 pionts and Dragonball Xenoverse 2 for another 15,000 points. It's been months and I still haven't seen any of my xbox reward points! Where have they all gone and how can
I recieve them as none of them are appearing in my rewards page or my on my xbox.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped. If it's been over 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Question forum so support can check on them for you.

Virtually every quarter, pre-orders have their own promotion that run and typically reward 15,000 reward points for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. Unless you are a 5 Star MyVip member and receive the full 10% back then that promotion is worth more than
you would get if you just pre-ordered them at received MyVip % back.

Almost all promotional codes have a time limit to be redeemed, and promotional points expire within a year of being redeemed.
