Exist the possibility that unfortunately your apps and games were deleted by mistake.

You can review the Xbox storage by opening Settings > System > Storage devices

The email that is on the account. Have you ever tried and make the email? if not go ahead and give it a shot. If you cant verify yourself with a code there is another option to select and that is I don't use these anymore, and you will have to fill out a
form. If you succeed go ahead and reset your password, do not enable 2 step verification. IF you do not succeed go ahead and contact support so they can assist you further in the issue. here you go as well:

If you attempt to log in and receive a message stating that the account does not exist, it means the account either doesn't exist or has been closed. This can happen when there has been no activities in the last two years. Once an address is removed or deleted, it cannot be used again, which then gives you a message account that already exists. This is also possible when your account has been compromised. You will have to use a different method to verify the account.

Things you can try:

1. Check whether you only misspelled your account.
