How to recover my Minecraft account

Hi, basically somebody stole my Minecraft account, changed the username and is playing on it (confirmed through namemc.com and plancke.io). This implies my Microsoft account was compromised, but I have access to it? I'm not exactly sure which one of my Microsoft accounts my Mojang account was migrated to, but neither of them seems to have a record of me ever owning an Xbox account. I reset passwords everywhere but the issue still prevails.
Also, somebody was trying to login from Russia on at least two of my Microsoft accounts, but it was after my Minecraft account was stolen, I don't really know what happened before that since recent activity doesn't go that far back.
How do I recover my Minecraft account? Is my Microsoft account hacked? What the hell is going on lol

I did try, but I migrated my Minecraft account to this Microsoft account, and I don't need to recover it. I need to restore Minecraft itself on my account because it's not working on my account!

How exactly is it not working? Any error messages? The more detail the better.
