    How to recover my childs hacked account


    I have been trying to recover my son's account for over a week now. I am not able to get a person on the phone to talk with me. The person who hacked my son's account not only changed the email but also but his phone number as back up and activated the authenticator app. But since it was a child's account I have it attached to my family link and was able to put restrictions on it so it couldn't be used. Is there any way to recover this account? Or does anyone know number that will get me connected with a human that can help?

    I'm sorry to hear that someone stole your son's account. I know how frustrating it can be when this happens. Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment is to send the account recovery form (Believe me, the only option is through the recovery form), I have also gone through this situation, but I did not go through the entire process to recover it quickly but nevertheless I can give you some recommendations:

    The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:
