How to recover hacked microsoft account

Good evening,

I had bought my minecraft account through a redeem code and have been playing it for almost a year now.

But, 2 days ago while logging in to play minecraft via the minecraft launcher it told me that no account was found (I used the same email id as always). I kept trying many times but it always said no account was found. I started to panic and clicked create now account with the same email I used last time, but after logging onto minecraft it said that I had to buy the game. After searching the web for what could be the reason for this I learnt that someone got access to my account and changed the account alias to something else and deleted the alias that I used to login and as a result I got locked out of my own account and have no information to what happened to it now.

but this tool is not detecting anything wrong with my account as I created a new account with the previous email address I used. I am also unable to reach to an actual agent on this matter to tell them about the situation I am in.

Someone please assist me on what to do next and if it is even possible to retrieve my account.

I know that this happened after a person scammed me on hypixel by making me believe he was going to give me free ranks.

I will help you as much as I can and I would really appreaciate anyone who helps.
