Sorry, there’s not really anything you can do. As per the official FAQ https://support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/my-games-apps/games-for-windows-live-support-faq any games from your Games for Windows Live (GFWL) collection can no longer be downloaded, and Xbox Support no longer provide replacement codes and can’t assist further.

The service was retired more than a decade ago.
