    Feel free to follow the directions on our support article for hacked accounts here. Try to recover the account first and if that is unsuccessful you can attempt to recover your account by following these steps.

    Email hacked and also xbox hacked. Sorry to hear that.

    All you can do is recover your email account first (and see what else has been compromised), and then recover the xbox account (and any other accounts that were compromised from the stolen email account).

    My account and my son's account was hacked/stolen by the same person. I contacted Xbox and they found nothing because they didn't do a through job. Now the same guy hacked my account but I was able to recover it. I have the proof and I want to report him and maybe they will do their job and catch him asap,
