How to recover a migrated minecraft account

so i spoke with Xbox helper and he told me that my minecraft java edition from Xbox Game Pass doesn't exist after the migration and it can't be recovered,

but how is that possible that account can be deleted without any warning, and can't be recovered because it doesn't make sense in my opinion. Also in FAQ about migration there is no information what will happen when you migrate mojang account to microsoft account that has java edition minecraft.

If you had already migrated your minecraft account to your dad's account there is no way to migrate it again. According to Minecraft support, this migration is permanent.

But as the hacker stole your Minecraft and then they migrated the account to a new Microsoft account
There is no way to know (from Microsoft side) which was the account used to migrate this Minecraft account
They only have the tools to work with Microsoft accounts

I don’t like to give bad news, but if the hacker migrated the Minecraft account to a Microsoft account is not possible to do something from Microsoft side.
Because they don’t have a way to find an account using the Mojang transaction ID
