    Hey. I have not gotten any answers from support. They kept wasting my time.

    Problem is in the title. I want to make use of the most recent promotion on:

    I thought: cool, let me try. I purchased this morning. No E-mail with instructions on how to get those rewards.

    I had to watch videos on YouTube to find out that you have to access the premium codes on the Xbox One Dashboard. I don't own an Xbox. I want to make use of the pass on PC. There is no code anywhere to be found in any of the atrocious and horrible user interfaces.

    A friend told me vaguely that he contacted support and got his code manually. Who do I e-mail? The support page only offers telephone, chat and gamer chat. I tried chatting with three different Chat supporters over the span of the day. I probably wasted
    an entire hour in total just to be told to wait for them to e-mail me. One said 10 business days. Another one told me 2 hours until I get an e-mail. You don't get any e-mails after contacting support, nor do you get any notification that they 'opened a ticket'
    for you for an 'offline team'. So much fucking talking and I still don't know what to expect and what's going on. I just want my promised Discord Nitro. The process should be automated. Get two emails "Here's your code for x" "Here's your code for y, have
    fun."

    This forum is also one of the most horrible looking and unintuitive ones I've seen. I don't expect an answer.

    Hello, this is a quote from the discord website about claiming the discord nitro.

    This is from the Spotify website, about claiming it.

    Oops this is my fault, I meant there was a promotion with discord and spotify where if you got the game pass ultimate by January 6th (which I did) then you get spotify premium and discord nitro codes along with 3 months of xbox ultimate game pass, I have
    the pass but support told me to wait 10 days for the other codes and I cant reach them anymore and its almost been 2 months.

    I am pretty sure the Ultimate benefits only apply to those who got Ultimate before they announced everything regarding EA Access, Discord Nitro, and Spotify Premium for free. Other than that, the Ultimate gifts should pop up in the 'Game Pass' tab on the
    Xbox dashboard as well.
