How to reactivate a suspended account without that account's email?

Make sure to complete it in an area you would usually access your account from. It is important to be consistent with this form, you can complete the form twice a day everyday until your regain access to your account. Repeating this will increase your odds of recovery.

i buy a card but i can't pay my account cause it's suspend how can i reactivate my account?plz!!! help!!

Had the same problem here's what I did:

-reactivate the old email account that was used for the parental controls

-change information on above email account including password so that you know it

-log into microsoft and recover account (instructions on recovery will be sent to the email account you just reactivated)

-after recovering microsoft parental account change password.

-use this new password with the reactivated email account for the parental controls

-after accepting the new terms you will b able to make changes to your live account including changing it to an adult account

you cannot USE a pre pay card when the account is locked do to a billing lapse, you have to contact support by phone then talk to somebody in billing. you will have to pay off the outstanding balance (usually with a new form of payment), THEN you can use
