How to re-download a previously purchased game without Game Pass?

that is not helping i have the game completed in the purchases but i dont have it in the PC. and it does not give me the option to download

May I know which game was the one you purchased and what platform are you using?
If you purchased the base game or a base game + deluxe upgrades or similar you don't require game pass to play it once the subscription expires

Also, please check if you're able to see the purchased game in your Microsoft account order history

If maybe you're not able to see the game listed there make sure to change the filter "ordered within" to "all available", and if you have more than one email address check the order history on each one.

Had you previously purchased the game or did you download it with Game Pass?

First, you will need to re-download the game via your X360 console. See this link on how to re-download previously purchased content:

Earthworm Jim HD was delisted, as of February this year, so will no longer be available to purchase via the Xbox Live Marketplace. If you had purchased the game before the delisting, you will be able to re-download it via the above method.

Sorry, that's not how this works. Your uncles account would need to be on the console for you to be able to re-download those games. Once those games are re-downloaded you can use any account on that same console to play them.

There is no way to re-download the content without the account that purchased that content.
