How to put my backups from Ghostwire: Tokyo on steam ?

Yesterday I decided to re buy Xbox game pass Ultimate because I loved playing Ghostwire: Tokyo. But after some thinking, I thought it was a good idea to buy on Steam. I downloaded it on Steam while I had the pass (i didnt had downloaded it on the pass because I have a new PC) but I don't understand now how to have my backups from Xbox Game Pass on Steam (I played almost 7 hours of the game)
My accounts are connected.

I have read that Deathloop and Ghostwire: Tokyo are PS5 timed exclusives ( Eurogamer Article) I thought
the Deathloop trailer looked interesting and am keen to find out more. Hopefully if they are timed exclusives, we wont be waiting long.

I have now tried all the methods you sent, but none of them fixed the problem. But I have noticed, that the reason I cant change the folder from read only is because file GWT.exe(i am trying to run ghostwire tokyo) denies my access to it
