how to put all xbox one bus simulator on tv screen

try Adjust Screen on your TV maybe can help set it on Automatic if no, try any in menu (16:9, 4:3 etc.)

Does the game have a "safe zone" setting? That usually lets you adjust the play screen to the tv frame.

I can't see bottom of the screen of Bus Simulator what does it say. Does not fix by tv screen.

I would test if this is the game or system. I would recommend doing that by adjusting your display settings down on the console,
and see if the view region is still the same on that new setting. Many games will have options in their display settings to adjust view-able area, so I would also check there to see if that can be set in game to make it fit your display.
