    How to properly set game age restriction for child


    I have Xbox game pass for PC for my son. I need to restrict game rating for a 10 year old. I used family settings to add a child account. When I login with the child account on the PC it does not have Xbox game pass access. How do I restrict the main account then? I don't play game, he does. Thanks

    I see, do you have “ask to buy” enabled for your son?
    If yes, you can try disabling it temporarily and purchase the subscription in that way

    But you can also try redeeming a PC game pass code on his account.
    If you prefer to do that, you can get a prepaid card using the closest retailer in your city, or online using Amazon, Walmart or similar retailers

    Hi, yes. You can gift or purchase game pass on a child account
    But yes , this is the best option to avoid that your son plays games not suited for his age
