How to prevent my Xbox from demanding me to change my password each time I login

I found a permanent solution that works. Login to your Microsoft account from a PC. setup 2 step verification. Then setup an 'app' password. (An app password is used to login to older MS devices like xbox 360 or windows 8 phone). Then login to your xbox
360 using the app password instead of your regular password. Then, select remember my password (if you want it to login without putting your password each time) .

I tested it. It works good. The problem initially occurred on my family profiles/xboxes that didn't have 'remember my password' enabled.

I have had that before when I changed my password and a site had auto remembered my old password. Changing that seemed to work for me. Usually it didn't prevent me from logging in though, just the pop up which I later was able to stop with changing the
saved password.
