How to play Street Fighter IV on Windows 10?

Hi thanks for our answer but htat is Ultra SF4, I'm talking about SF4 which isn't on steam. It was meant to be played on GFWL which I found out is now kind of "included" in the Xbox app for win 10 but somehow I can't get it to run.

Ultra street fighter IV is actually a DLC that is shown as available, not it's own game. I was wondering if that had anything to do with it. Also weren't prepurchases of the 30th Street Fighter Anniversary collection given Ultra Street Fighter IV?

Agreed, this has got way off topic. Dead or Alive is a great fighting series. In my opinion it is the best fighting game I have ever played, then close 2nd is Street Fighter IV. (not Street Fighter vs, or X, Just street fighter).
