How to Play Simultaneously on 2 Devices in Same House

developers have the right to limit the number of people who can play at the same time just as if you had a piece of physical media

For example call of duty has always limited you to one person at a time

Unfortunately, you cannot play the same Game Pass game on multiple devices simultaneously; it will not work.

Hi you can both play the game on your brothers device as long as he's designated as the home Xbox account, Sharing it simultaneously on 2 separate consoles is not possible and depending how you go about things , also against the code of conduct as Randy

The SIMPLE answer to your question is *YES*, Get each player his own Headset. That way they can hear and talk to each other online at the same time no matter where each one is playing from (same house, different houses, different countries). Plus they would
all be able to hear and talk to any other live players in the online game! (So be sure to use those Parental Controls!)



However, the more complicated answer is, while they will all work simultaneously, it really depends on the game they are playing and how they are playing it. If they are playing AGAINST each other, some games won't let you hear or talk to players on the
opposite team during gameplay. However, if they are playing a co-op game (meaning they are all on the same team), again depending on the game, they should all hear each other just fine!

Xbox LIVE does have a 'Party Chat' system though, and if they're all in the same Party, they will all hear each other simultanously all the time, even if they're in different games!



So yes, get as many headsets as however many controllers will be in use and they will all be able to chat each other up simultaneously!
