How to play silent Hill 4 disc on x box 360

How do you get the disc to work? Says it's not backwards compatible but x box site says it is.

That game is definitely compatible with the 360. Make sure you have an official MS 360 hard drive. If the hard drive came with the console, it's official. If it did not and it was bought from a 3rd party like ebay, it could be a knock off. Only official
hard drives have the system files required to run backwards compatible games.

Thats peculiar. Make sure your system is updated fully, also double check to make sure that the game is backwards compadible.

Silent Hill 4 is not backwards compatible with Xbox 360. Maybe one day it will see it in stores depending if there will be a release for that game being BC.
