How to play on two Series S at the same time on the same router

I have two Series S. One for me and one for my kids. Both are connected to the same router. When I am playing my game and my kids try to play a different game on theirs at the same time, the Xbox says that only one game can be played at a time and it makes us choose. If I choose my game the Xbox upstairs kicks her off hers and vice versus. My daughter set up her own account on the 2nd one so we are each using our own accounts. Since she's younger she doesn't have a credit card linked to her account and I think the 2 Xboxs share Xbox gold. How can I get it so that if I'm playing, say, warzone, my daughter can be upstairs playing Minecraft at the same time? Thanks

It should allow her to play Minecraft on her own console as long she have an active Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Live Gold but if she doesn't have a subscription, you need to set your account as Home Xbox on her console.

My daughter is using her own account. She created a gamer tag and used her own email address. She plays on that one and I have my own account for my Xbox that I use. Am I missing something with her account that I need to do? Or do i need to sign out of both Xboxes and then re sign into them? She was playin on her account and when I logged into my Xbox on my account, it gave me the option to boot her off her game or not be able to play myself.

Let's assume that your kids are using their Xbox Series S (Xbox A) which you set as Home Xbox and your second console is Xbox B which is your own console. Your kids will need to sign onto Xbox A and play the game there. Then you would sign into Xbox B and play there. Make sure you each are using your own separate Microsoft accounts.

I understand you wanted your kids to play your games on their Xbox Series S. To do this, please make sure to set your account as Home Xbox on their console by following the steps below;

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

3. Select Make this my home Xbox.

NOTE: We can only set our account as Home Xbox on one console at a time.
