    First, connect to the internet, then turn your console offlne.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    Select Settings > General > Network settings.

    Select Go offline.

    Hello Josh,

    Please, power cycle your console and set the console as offline again.

    To do it, follow these steps:

    Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    I have tried that. But when I go to play a game it says to sign into profile and when I do that it says to check network settings and won't let me sign into my profile.

    Also for ingame issues you MUST goto majong.as you been told

    Xbox support doesn't support games

    Nor is this the right forums

    For ingame support you must goto Minecraft part of forums for.specific game support that's where support would've sent you for ingame support .by the devs themselves

    And yes this is community forums.not xbox support

    Like you already been told by multiple.community members
