How to play MyCareer in 2k23

I can't see content other people because how my settings is how do I change them

This still doesn’t tell me what I need to change because I have every setting on everyone and still doesn’t let me play and says I can’t see content from other people.

Let's set up your account then

Go to the top right corner, click on your avatar

click on xbox profile(warns me if it doesn't show up)

will open a green screen

click on privacy

will open another screen, with your gamertag and big photo in the center of it

below, it has 3 tabs, privacy, online security windows and xbox

in these 2 tabs, allow everything, and at the end of each one, click "send"

If you lost progress for this specific game and the troubleshooting steps for Xbox doesn't work you need to reach 2K support

If you already tried clearing local saves on your console
If you already tried power cycling and re-adding your account
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

This is quite unfortunate news because many of us (including myself) have invested a lot time into creating players and running them through MyCareer. Also, there was no warning or head's up on this information.

That said, will all of our progress be accessible if we purchase and start playing 2k23 when it comes out?
