Hi there! My name is Darhyl and I’d be more than happy to help you with your query.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your EA FC 24. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft.

Based on the information I've gathered, the game EA FC 24 is not an "Xbox Play Anywhere" which means you will need to start a new data on the PC version.

I can't plya my 10 hours with the EA PLAY in fc 24 and just the xbox series s version im on series s

Thank you for your response, Noam! I apologize that the steps above didn't work.

I just need to know more information about this. Do you have an Xbox Game Pass, or did you subscribe to EA Play?

If yes, please try these steps:

    1. Search for the “EA Play” App on the Xbox store and download it.
    2. Open the EA Play App.
    3. If you are not subscribed, do so now.
    4. Navigate to “Game Trials” and find EA FC 24.
    5. Click on “Free Trial” and start to download EA FC 24.
    6. When opening EA FC 24, you’ll receive a notification informing you how long your trial remains.

Please give me an update after taking these steps.

That game is not Play Anywhere, so you would have to buy it for the PC in order to play it on the PC.

I redeemed a Xbox gift card for £15 from my microsoft points. I purchased some EA FC points but I accidentally chose the wrong version. Instead of EA FC 25 points, I chose EA FAC 24.

Also, I haven't redeemed the in game currency. All I did was exchange my Microsoft points for a voucher then bought ea fc points but for the wrong version. It should have been ea fc 25 and I purchased ea fc 24 points.
