I was trying to play a private match in Mortal kombat 11 with my friend. But when he invited me it would say I can't join cuz of he plays on the series x or something along the lines of that (I have a normal Xbox one) is there anything I can do to fix this

The Mortal Kombat 11 beta will allow players who pre-order to access an early sample of Mortal Kombat 11 before the game launches. The beta for Mortal Kombat 11 will only be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro,
