How to pay my past due amount and get in touch with someone.

Starting this month of Feb. my XBL expired, i never gave it much thought and while i was out shopping i picked up a code for the xbl. While entering the code everything seemed fine till i was asked to enter my CC info. I entered multiple CC numbers for
future payments and i always been told that it was declined and need to contact my bank.

Looking through my account now it seems i owe $80, im just wondering how did i get an amount of $80 if my cc on file was expired and it goes without saying i never got any free XBL..

I'm also wondering how come xbox is rejecting my card information when i been using these cards almost on a daily base...

And before someone comes around saying to do that virtual chat, i have been trying it and all my screen does is refresh... doesnt xbox have the 1-800 number anymore? I kind want to talk to someone as im told to pay $80, and i just bought an xbl code..

xbox live subs past due

Unfortunately, you can't use your account balance to pay for a past due amount.

You will have to
go to this page here to pay your past due amount of money, and use your bank account or credit card with sufficient funds.

After you payed your past due amount, you can then redeem your 3 month card again. You can't redeem any prepaid codes with a past due amount on your account.

 

Help with past due payment

You will need to call phone support and speak to someone in order to resolve payment issues. Your account will stay suspended until you pay off the past due amount.
