    How to pay for my underage child's xbox live subscription


    I'm having a terrible time trying to figure out how to add xbox live to my 11yr old daughter's microsoft account through my account. Why does this have to be so complicated? Is there anyone out there who can walk me through the steps? Here's where we're
    at so far:

    1. I have an adult account with Xbox Live

    2. I have created a separate Microsoft account for my 11yr old daughter

    3. I have successfully added my 11yr old daughter's Microsoft account to my Microsoft family

    Now, I just want to purchase xbox live for her account, but it keeps telling me I have to have a parent sign in when I try to purchase it through her account. When I sign into my account, I can only buy a subscription for my account. What am I missing? Why
    is this so complicated? I even added $10 to her account, but it still doesn't allow her to purchase xbox live.

    I know very little about xbox live and am looking for some basic information to add another child's subscription/account for xbox live gold for xbox 360 (not xbox One)

    Originally, I had a family subscription for three of us in the family (2 kids, one parent). That converted to three individual memberships. Now I need to add a new child's account. Do I just buy another subscription? How do I then set up the account
    for a child? Can I do it via PC or do I have to be on the xbox 360 console?

    Thank you for this. I have made xbox B the home xbox and still the subscription is not there for xbox Live. Is this because it is a childs account? I do have the child under my account in a family account and want him to have access to this. How can I do that?
