That said, you could follow the instructions provided by our friend Greymagic to see if, before requesting the refund, you can get Minecraft working on your PC. I've seen that there are several tips in the link, all of which could be useful for resolving the game's failure to open. Personally, I recommend ensuring that Windows is updated, as well as the Xbox app and Game Services.

To update Xbox app and Game services

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.
Select Library.
Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

If the issue remains, you can also try to remove and reinstall Gaming services.

To do this you must press the Start button on the taskbar,
type 'powershell,'
right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select 'Run as administrator.'

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

Install the app on that page and select 'Yes' when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

All my games work fine, except Minecraft everytime I open Minecraft on my xbox360 it shows a sandstone building with people on top and it says Mojang, then the screen goes black. How do I fix this?

Could you try create a new local user on your PC, then open Minecraft launcher on the new user, sign in with your account and tell me how it goes?

Another thing to double check if maybe there is a bug with the actual version of Minecraft Bedrock is log in with another account and see how it goes

Windows key + i and go to apps, find Minecraft Dungeons, and uninstall.

Then open the Microsoft Store, search for Minecraft Launcher, install, log in with your Microsoft account, install Minecraft Dungeons. After that, you can play.
