    I recently bought Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 for PC because I missed playing it on Xbox, but I lost all my save even though I bought it on the same account and did everything right. How do I get my progress and items added to my computer?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer save data or items between Xbox and PC in Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2. The game uses different servers and systems for Xbox and PC, which means that progress and items are not interchangeable between the two platforms. You will need to start a new game on PC and progress through it to unlock items and rewards.
