How to move/ and or change the email and ownership that is connected to my xbox acount.

You are not able to transfer to another account, but if you log on to Profile @ account.microsoft.com, you will be able to change the email adresse, used for the current

Unfortunately not, and you will have to make a new account for either her or yourself. No progress or game licenses can be transferred. They are tied to the account used for the original purchase. The same thing with game progression.

Thank you for the speedy reply but could you answer my question of "will my mother or I loose any data/games/information if i change the accounts email to my own and all of her information to my own"? and "will she be able to still use her previous account
as its being used or does she have to make a new one"?

I ask because I have the same account as when I was a kid and I had my dad's microsoft account, but now I want to change the acount to be mine without changing the password asscociated with his microsoft account.

No. The email is the Microsoft account which is the Xbox account. They are all one in the same so there isnt any way to separate them.
