    How to make xbox stop suggesting friends?


    Every other time I go to the xbox app or I restart my computer, I am unable to see my friends list because it keeps trying to recommend random people for me to friend or leaving my friends list blank and asking me to look for more friends and it will stay stuck like that for up to an hour or more while I'm trying to either join my friends party or invite them to one. It's starting to get very annoying and I can't seem to find any setting to turn on or off to make it stop.
