How to make Razer Seiren X work on Xbox One S

USB mics do not work on the Xbox One family of console's.

Unfortunately you can't use USB microphones on Xbox. Peripherals you use on your Xbox need to be compatible with Xbox. Whenever you buy a headset, check to see what it is compatible with. There should be a list saying which systems (ie. PC, Xbox, PlayStation,
Switch. Mobile) the headset is able to be used.

I can connect the Razer Atrox for Xbox One to my Xbox One X and navigate the menus but the Razer Atrox does not work with any games.

While you can use an external microphone like the Seiren Elite in general, I'm unsure if you can use both a headset and an external at the same time. It probably is possible so long as you know how to set it up. The Xbox Accessories page should help you
with what you need but, you probably don't need an adapter so long as the external is connected via usb and the headset is to the controller. The only instance I would think you'd need an adapter was if your headset wasn't the standard 3.5mm I think... or
if your external mic wasn't usb.
