    How to make my PC recognise my Power A controller?


    Hello i just recently bought and received my PowerA controller which is this : https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B095JNZGC4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

    I know that it is PC compatible however when i connect my controller to my pc nothing literally happened and my PC seems it does not recognise it. I've looked on how to fix this but all of them talk about going to device manager and finding your controller there but the problem is that my PC does not recognise/see my controller being connected. How do i fix this? Thanks.

    Did you look on their website for a driver you can download?
    It states on the first line on the link you sent that they "do not provide drivers for our controllers" . So they dont provide any drivers to download from pretty sure

    it should appear under sound, video and game controllers section under device manager, if it does not it could have a faulty usb cable, some don't connect properly where the break away section of the cable is, try unplugging the breakaway section and plugging back in, if still nothing take back to the store you purchased from for an exchange or contact Power A as they are responsible for it.
