How to make dead space 2 play on Xbox one

So I'm trying to play the classic dead space series, I finished part 1 this morning and was trying to start the 2nd game and upon clicking new game I get hit with loading please wait. It's an infinite loading screen. I waited for like 20 minutes, game did not start. I've tried reinstalling, I've hard reset my Xbox, I have no dlc so it shouldn't be related to that. Dead space 1 and 3 work fine. I'm at a loss, I've been looking online through forums and yt vids, I been asking around on FB all to no avail. No one seems to have a solution but maybe someone here can help me?

Let’s try to isolate the problem a bit more, for this please try:

A. If you have the game installed on an external drive, please move the game to the internal storage. Disconnect all the USB accessories in your Xbox and try again

B. Try using a different Wi-Fi network in your console
For this purpose you can share mobile data via Wi-Fi hotspot

C. Try opening the game without internet / offline
For this go to settings > general > network config > below test NAT type
**By the way, tell me what’s your NAT type

D. It may be not directly related but try using a custom DNS address
go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

If that doesn’t work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary

Well to be fair... I've played "Dead Space" and "Dead Space 2" so why would I want to do it all again in "Dead Space 3"?

I don't mind them innovating and making something new as long as it's a quality product that is value for money.

If they can do this then it's a good thing.

Who needs "Dead Space 2.5"?
