How to make a fresh microsft account with no gamertag

I am so sorry you are having issues with your Microsoft account.

When you try to login inside of your Xbox, it will immediately associate a gamertag automatically.

there is 2 ways of trying to figure out what email is associated with a gamertag. if you have the origional xbox you can go to settings---->account managemen---->your information---->account security and you will see on the right side of the screen current
microsft account.

if you don't have access to do it on an xbox you can give support a call at 1-800-4MY-XBOX and if you profide the agent with enoguh information they will be able to tell you what microsft account name is on the gamertag.

oh. And this Gamertag is the gamertag that Microsft automatically generated when I started the support chat, without my knowledge or consent, and I was told by support that if they try to delete it, it will also delete my 7 year old Xbox
account and gamertag.
