    How to make a complaint?


    Hi

    Is there any way of sending a written complaint regarding recent Xbox experience? To keep it as short as possible my partner bought me FIFA 23 and only yesterday I realised this was the standard version (I use the series x) I raised this and was told to request a refund which has been denied. This is shocking service as they should have recognised that I was using the series x and download this version, instead they want me to fork out an additional £70!? I’m tempted to cancel everything I have, sell my series x and move to PlayStation due to this (who don’t confuse people with different versions) it has really put me off using Xbox again! Can anyone help?

    yeah its called EA released not only a game that wasn't finished but also a dlc there isn't much anyone on here can do to fix the problem with the game

    Ok, just a heads up for you.

    PlayStation certainly does make it confusing when it comes to buying PS4/PS5 versions of games, it's been well documented.

    Microsoft makes the purchasing of games easier as they automatically download the correct version to your chosen console, HOWEVER, that is for Xbox Studio games, some third-party developers choose not to use their system and EA is one of them.

    Try calling customer support and explain what has happened.
