    Hey guys. I just picked up Madden 17 and haven't played football for quite a while. I just want to play a single season solo to the Superbowl. What mode is this. So many options and not sure what to pick. Thanks for your help.

    Hey Snoopy0211! You will want the "Connected Franchise" mode, you can choose to play as a coach or owner to control the whole team or play as a player to only play snaps that involve them. Try this out and post back if you have any other questions!

    When did you pre-order Madden 17? The promotional codes are sent out 7-10 days following your pre-order. As an example, if you ordered a game on August 7, 2016 you should expect your code to arrive sometime between August 17-20, 2016.

    If its a Hard copy of the game try quitting out of the game completely then taking the game out. When you insert it back into the dvd drive allow it to load itself.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. It sounds like you've done some good troubleshooting steps already but just to check - have you already

    uninstalled     the game,
    power cycled    , and then reinstalled it to see if that resolves the issue? If that doesn't help, another step you could try is uninstalling the game and then

    factory restoring     your Xbox One console using the "keep my games and apps" option.

    Give those a shot and let us know if it works!

    Sounds like you've done all of the right things on the Xbox console end, so it seems like it might be an EA game/server issue. Contact EA by going to
    help.ea.com/.../contact-us and then select Madden '17 from the list.
