    How to change login address?

    Hi!

    I just wonder how i can remove my old mail address that i use to login? I want to change it to my current one.

    I have managed to change it so far that i getting the newletters, but i have to use my old mailaddress to login.

    Is it possible?

    How to login this problem?

    do you remember phone or secondary account? When you created you filled some security options, usually MS ask for a phone or a secondary email. If you remember will work, but if not you wont be able to recovery the account. About the subscription you cannot
    cancel temporarily.

    how then to block this account? I have withdraw money for renewal of subscriptions and I do not like it! It turns out that knowing the game tag can not restore your account??? can't you check it all out???

    I tried already and the phone numbers to enter and different mail, does not work... such a huge Corporation and such things razmenivayas...

    It's policy, when you created the account you checked a few squares, one of them is "I accept the Microsoft Policy.....etc) and it is the same on the others companies.....how you want that Microsoft have sure that is your account? You could be doing to
    another gamertag that is not yours. For your security and the other's, you have the phone number or secondary email (or passkey working since a few months ago) when you create, and if you change secondary email or your phone number you should update it on
    your Microsoft Account.

    You can try support but for what I know about Microsoft Policy I think they cant help on this matter.
