how to log out all devices

We understand that you need help to log out your account to all the devices. You can simply change your password and it will sign out to all the device where your account was signed in.

Changing the password will.

Because it will ask for the new password, once you try to use it with that account.

or removing the device in the microsoft account?

not even changing password would do the trick?

You can't. You would have to physically be in front of it to sign out.
