    I’m trying to log into my Roblox account on Xbox but recently it got logged out. But I can’t log back into it because there are no account details like a password email or phone number. What do I do?

    I don't quite understand.

    - Do you want to log off of your current Profile?;

    - Are you recieving an error code?;

    - Are you unable to sign-out of your Xbox Live Profile?

    how to fix log in

    Hello Kkizerr,

    Please, follow these steps:

    In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

    Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

    Select the game tile, and then install the TP Medals.

    Select Install, to confirm the installation.
