How to log in to Minecraft on phone despite error message?

I am trying to log in to my Minecraft account on my phone with my account. I recieve the error message "creeper" when I try to log in remotely. How should I proceed?

I saw a similar issue once related to this error message. The person used her phone number to create multiple accounts.

Would you be able to use another phone number to log into the account?

If I may ask, are you getting this error message when trying to sign in to Minecraft for Android? If yes, try to uninstall/ reinstall it.

In addition to uninstall/reinstall I also tried

Going into my phone settings and deleting the apps cache

Logged out and back into my MS and XBox accounts

It’s not allowing me to log into the account all together. I have tried on another phone also and it displays the same error message.

Minecraft forums and
Mojang support. The error you are getting is one of their errors. Have you tried signing out of Minecraft on all other devices then log in on the phone?
