How to log in/cancel subscription?

If you are unable to log in in order to manage your subscription, then your only option is to contact your financial institution and have them completely stop payments to Microsoft. Just changing the card numbers won't work. You must fully stop payments to Microsoft. This is the only way to manage the subscription without being able to log in.

You can cancel your subscription in a browser. Log in with your account at this link, click manage on the subscription you want to cancel and then click cancel.

you can cancel the subscription for an account via the steps shown on this support page:

You can either turn off auto renewal or immediately cancel the subscription. You might have to log in to the actual Xbox Live Account details in order to be able to cancel the subscription.

If for some reason you can't cancel the subscription you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

Thanks for reaching out to us. In this case you would need to log in to the Account where the Xbox Live Gold was applied to and cancel the subscription out.
To cancel your Xbox subscription immediately, go to
Cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription and follow the steps under
Cancel. Afterwards you can go ahead and renew your subscription on the correct account.
