    How to log a complaint regarding the ambassador program?


    I tired the live chat but they were taking 5 mins between responses and we didn't get around to talking about the issue at hand so I gave up with that.

    I want to log a complaint with the Ambas program, how do I go about this?

    Its not against a specific player but its regarding homophobia.

    I did find an email address which I emailed but no one got back to me.

    I've tried that email twice now and they've never gotten back to me. So clearly this isn't true and will just lead me to another dead end.

    Once was in December 2022, and then again in April this year.

    Yet nothing. So I need other details.

    Unless you're an active Ambassador, that would be the only way to contact staff for the program.

    You would need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    Clearly it's not. So not sure why you're trying to claim it is.

    Just say there's no way to contact them.
