Any update on how to unlink a Microsoft account from Minecraft? Logged into it on an old email on my PS5 and it's linked to a friend's Xbox account from about 15 years ago. Unfortunetally, with how everything was set up between PlayStation and Microsoft, only one account can be linked to a PlayStation account. This means that when you unlink an account from your PlayStation account, it won't allow you to link another Microsoft account to the PSN account.

You will need to create a new PSN account on your PlayStation and game share your content to other accounts on your PlayStation. Then link your new PSN account to your new Microsoft account.

If you signed in with a new Microsoft account on your PS5, you will not be able to access your old Minecraft account that was linked to your previous Microsoft account.

To access your old Minecraft account, you will need to sign in to your PS5 with your old Microsoft account credentials. If you cannot remember your password, you can try to reset it using the Microsoft Account Recovery page.

Please open Minecraft on your PS5 and go to the "Settings" menu.

And then navigate to the "Accounts" section and look for the option to unlink the Microsoft account. Kindly conform the action for the unlinking request.

If the unlinking option isn't available, you may need to delete the saved data for Minecraft. To do this, go to your PS5's "Settings" menu.

Select "Storage" > "Saved Data" > "Console Storage."

And then relaunch the game and follow the setup instructions to link a new Microsoft account.
