    How to link Microsoft account to a PlayStation 4 account


    I want to play Minecraft with my friend, but Everytime I try to make a Microsoft account it says that it's already linked to a PSN account. (I'm on PS4.) I know it could be linked to a different one, but this is the only one I have, and even when I create a new email to make a new account it says that when I haven't even linked it to an account yet. I've tried to look through here and click on links, but it doesn't help and I tried to link my PlayStation through the Microsoft "link device" and it says it can't find the serial number. I don't know what else to do, I just want to find out how to link my PlayStation 4 account to my Microsoft through the website.

    Linking a Microsoft account to a PlayStation 4TM account

    WARNING: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation 4:tm: account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account.

    If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation 4:tm: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.

    In this case, I recommend that you contact PlayStation Support to ask which Microsoft account your PS account is linked to, as only they have this information and see if they can help;
