    my son registers a "FIFA17". But he can't access this game. Xbox one ask parent to set/change security setting, I don't know where can I do this. Can anyone help?

    Can't connect to XBOX Live

    Tried to redownload mu profile but it wont let me. Now I cant play any ges even in offline because I dont have a profile anymore.

    LOST MY SAVE DATA AFTER REMOVING MU PROFILE...HELP?

    So my partner has to profiles one under MU and one under HDD, this morning he decided to remove the MU one which removed them both, and when he downloaded hos profile again, only the HDD was recovered. so now when he goes to play games there is no saved
    data as the MU was obv the one he was signing in as. any ideas how to get this back and hopefully all the saved game data too?

    I reset mine too but it still won't let me sign in, I have managed to sign In to mu sons x box and have a connection but his forza 5 game now says that it needs a sign in from the person who bought it ie me is this because I can't sign in?
