    360 Marketplace, you will be able to install it on your Xbox One through your 'Ready to install' list.

    Have you checked your storage to make sure you have enough space to install the game you want?

    Are you trying to install a game from a disc or from the marketplace on your Xbox?

    You should also be able to download games from your Purchase History found under your Account settings.
