    Hi people, first time post in this forum.

    Anyways, I bought Skyrim Anniversary a few days back, expecting to be able to simply download the game and addons, and a) Install it where I want it, not where Microsoft thinks I should. Side note: I'm running Windows 10 x64 Pro, so am not really just an addon to my software... Haha.

    Yes, I have a Game Pass subscription, but that doesn't negate my freedom of choice with regard to purchased content.

    Second part of my question goes to that, as the purchased Anniversary Edition is really just Skyrim Special Edition with a few Creation Club addons. Issue is that between Microsoft Store and the Xbox app, I have no control over where things are installed, nor can I separate the game itself from all the telemetry and intrusive 'want to know everything' so what I bought can be used. Don't especially want to start uninstalling apps and associated junk to use the darn game.

    Any assistance would be appreciated. Just want to download the game and addons like any other purchased game.

    microsoft store is a secure platform. All games from it are encrypted. If you have your drives formatted correctly and they are large or fast enough you can install on any of them.

    Telemetry is built into nearly every game for at least a decade.

    Security is one thing; Telling the consumer how and where they can utilize something they bought isn't. Nor is a condescending attitude towards the consumer- Suggesting that someone has not 'formatted their drives correctly' when the app is not cooperating isn't necessary, nor appreciated.     We would also like to inform you that Microsoft has given you the option to save or install any apps or games on a different drive, but how the game or app is designed to be saved is up to the developer. Whether they design it specifically for the C drive, or where the operating system is installed, or any other drive, regardless of where the operating system is installed (OS),



    Please see the steps below to change download path

    • Press Windows Logo then open Settings.
    • Select System.
    • Click on Storage.
    • Click on the link "Change where new content is saved."
    • Under "New apps will save to:" change the drop down option to your desired location.

    Hello Богдан, unfortunately it is not possible, even if it was on a normal Windows device, without being a MAC with dual Boot, using etc if the system shows this message means that it is not compatible with hardware, is not related to the system, so it will not be able to install Person 5.
