Still having this problem. Tried the above mentioned, next to everything written in the available troubleshooting guides from Forza. Nothing helps.

Problem is easily reproducible on multiple PC's.

Created tickets to explain the issue. Just no reply at all.

Kindly try to delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.
