Sorry, you can't run God of War 2018 on your machine as you don't meet the minimum requirements. Both your CPU and GPU are way too outdated for it

MINIMUM:

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system

OS: Windows 10 64-bit

Processor: Intel i5-2500k (4 core 3.3 GHz) or AMD Ryzen 3 1200 (4 core 3.1 GHz)

Memory: 8 GB RAM

Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 960 (4 GB) or AMD R9 290X (4 GB)

DirectX: Version 11

DirectX 11_1 is a hardware feature level, you can't update it with software. Besides, you need a graphics card with at least 4GB of VRAM, the old Quadro K600 only has 1GB. Even if you upgraded the graphics card, your CPU isn't good enough.

there is no way to solve this, nvidia experience is not compatible with your system and video card, you now have no choice but upgrade your pc or replace it entirely.

you are also using enterprise edition of windows 11 which will also limit what you can run and install.

the quadro k600 is over 10 years old, it does not support directx 12 feature level 11_1, your card only supports feature level 11_0 so you would need to upgrade your gpu to play that game. and even if it did support that level the game would barely run if at all, the card is very very weak and not designed for gaming.
